Im Seong-jae tied for 4th at the Farmers Insurance Open… Prize money 452 million won

Lim Seong-jae (25, CJ Logistics) tied for 4th, his best result this season, at the Farmers Insurance Open (total prize money of $8.7 million) on the PGA Tour.

Im Seong-jae, who recorded a total of 9 under par 279 strokes in the 4th round, finished the tournament in a tie for 4th with Sam Ryder and Sahis Tigala (above USA). His tie for fourth place is $366,125 (approximately 452 million won).

The championship was won by Max Homa (USA) who hit 13 under par 275 strokes. He won his 6th PGA Tour title and earned $1.566 million in prize money (approximately 1.93 billion won).

Im Seong-jae recorded the best performance this season. This year, he tied for 13th at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, was eliminated from the cut at the Sony Open, and tied for 18th at the American Express.

Other than Lim Seong-jae, no other Korean players made it to the top. PGA Tour rookie Kim Seong-hyun (25, Shinhan Financial Group) tied for 20th (2 under par, 286 strokes), and Kim Si-woo (28, CJ Logistics) tied for 25th (1 under par, 287 strokes).

Noh Seung-yeol (32, Sivent) and Ahn Byeong-hun (32, CJ Logistics) tied for 44th (2 over par, 290 strokes) and tied for 62nd (6 over par, 294 strokes), respectively.
