Recruited Daejeon and youth players Park Jun-seo, Yoo Seon-woo, and Ahn Tae-yoon

Daejeon Hana Citizen recruited Park Jun-seo, Yoo Seon-woo and Ahn Tae-yoon from U18 (Chungnam Mechanical Technical High School) under the club.

Defender Park Joon-seo is a central defender with a solid physique of 185cm and 78kg and speed. He has strengths in build-up as well as his defense, and he won the ‘K League Junior U18’ Electric Group B Outstanding Player Award last year 메이저놀이터. After joining Park Jun-seo, he goes on a one-year loan to Tsugen Kazanawa, a club belonging to the J2 League in Japan, to gain experience in overseas leagues.

Striker Yoo Seon-woo is a player with solid basics, a lot of activity, and excellent decision-making power in front of the goal, and scored 15 points in 16 games in the ‘K League Junior U18’ last year. He scored 12 points in the first half alone and won the scoring award in Group B of the ‘K League Junior U18’ electric season. Based on his performance in the team, he was also selected for the ‘Korea U-19 National Team’.

Goalkeeper Ahn Tae-yoon is a player belonging to the youth teams U15 and U18 under Daejeon and signed a semi-professional contract with Daejeon in the 2020 season. In 2021, after going to Chosun University, he played an active role as the main goalkeeper, winning the team’s ‘2021 U-League 8 Region’, 3rd place in the ‘2021 U-League King of Kings’, and leading the runner-up in the ‘2022 University 1st and 2nd Year Competition’. Ahn Tae-yoon has stable defense coordination and excellent basic skills such as catching and saving, so he is expected to grow into a next-generation goalkeeper.

Daejeon plans to further strengthen the systematic player development system that leads to youth-pro by recruiting young talent and make more efforts to foster excellent resources.
